Enterprise Service Management 2024.2.0

The Enterprise Service Management mobile app is the mobile version of Service Management Automation.

Through the Service Portal mode, end-users are provided with the following functionalities:

• Search service or support offerings, knowledge articles, and news
• Browse the service or support offerings
• Create new service or support requests
• Approve or deny request approvals or change approvals
• Accept or reject resolved requests
• Access Smart ticketing and Virtual Agent support
• Switch between different tenants

On the other hand, in agent mode, agent users can:

• Search for specific requests/incidents, CIs, people, and knowledge articles or news
• View the requests/tasks/incidents in my views
• Filter request/task/incident list based on criteria such as priority
• Update the detailed information of a request/task/incident
• Post comments to a request/task/incident
• Add solutions or suggested solutions to a request/incident
• View detailed Person records information and contact the person via provided phone number, email address, or location details

NOTE: This software is dependent on connectivity with the OpenText Service Management Automation Suite. Activation of the mobile app may be accomplished by scanning a QR code from your company's Service Management Automation Service Portal website or by contacting your IT administrator for an activation URL.
